Building Owner Representation:
- On an ongoing basis, performs all legal work for the 73-story Bank of America Plaza in downtown Dallas, Texas, and the twin towered Pennzoil Place building in downtown Houston, Texas.
- Represented consortium of approximately 25 Texas office buildings in the negotiation of contracts with four electric companies bidding for the building’s business under the State’s newly deregulated power system.
- Represented building owner in obtaining the abandonment of a portion of a downtown street by the City of Dallas.
