While associated with his former firm, for many years Mr. See represented Republic National Bank of Dallas, then the nation’s largest construction lender, in the negotiation, documentation and closing of construction loans to real estate developers. (The bank was a victim of the real estate collapse of the late ‘80s and no longer exists.)

While associated with his former firm, for many years Mr. See served as Texas counsel to CIGNA Corporation in its permanent real estate lending transactions. (Mr. See transferred responsibility for this client to another partner in the firm when he became the firm’s managing partner, due to the time demands of that position.)
