While associated with his former firm, for many years Mr. See represented Republic National Bank of Dallas, then one of the nation's largest construction lenders, in the negotiation, documentation and closing of construction loans to real estate developers. (The bank was a victim of the real estate collapse of the late '80s and no longer exists.)
While associated with his former firm, for many years Mr. See represented CIGNA Corporation in permanent real estate lending transactions in Texas.
